Easy Returns in 3 Steps

  2. Follow our instructions — we’ll let you know how to send your item back and, if eligible, provide a return label.
  3. Receive your refund or exchange once we’ve inspected your item. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

At rhodie&co, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our store practices for domestic and international customers.
